The Patrick Henry Building, formerly the Old State Library building, opened recently to house the offices of the Virginia Governor and other executive agencies. According to a story from the Richmond Times-Dispatch rats are running rampant in the building. They are leaving “presents” in some high level offices and running off with pork rinds.
