Marshall’s Bond Increased

Judge Sage B. Johnson increased the bond of Barry Wayne Marshall II from $13,000 to $25,000 on Thursday the Smyth County News Reports here. Commonwealth’s Attorney Roy Evans had asked the court to revoke the bond.

The Smyth County News & Messenger reports that the bond revocation hearing for Barry Dean Marshall II was continued on Monday until tomorrow (Thursday). The reason is unexplained for the continuance.
