		<description>The speech won't be remembered, but the eyebrow will!  Haha.  Seriously, his "We have a better plan" but-won't-tell-you-what-it-is speech is just the symptom of a larger problem, a major political party without a single new idea since the 1960's.  This doesn't mean the Republicans are in the clear though, now that they have had the majority, they have to have something to show for it.  The ideas are there, check out this Townhall point-counter point:

You won't find such a civil exchange of differing opinion on the far left.  Even on sites considered far-right (www.vdare.com), you will find thought provoking persuasive arguments you'd never find in the emotionally charged, but intellectually void, arguments from the left.  Kaine's speech was just unnecessary reinforcement.
Ultimately, Republicans in Congress, specifically the Senate, need to be reminded that power is a means to an end, and not an end itself, if the conservative agenda is to prevail.</description>
